I personally think the GC ended up like it because the controller was completely different. PS2 was like PS1, and the XBOX was nearly the same. It also wasn't powerful enough to compete with the PS2 and Xbox.

Only if I get stuck. Although sometimes I do read the start of guides to get a general feel for the weapons, whatever.

Well, if most of your team has headsets you can tell each other 'there's a guy sniping from the top of the mound in bog, be aware' so they can maybe equip themselves with a sniper rifle and pick them off.

Halo and Halo 2 from the original Xbox. And Call of Duty 1.

I would go for the one in the first link. TBH, there's not too much difference but it's cheaper and still seems to get the same amount of good reviews.

DO NOT get the arcade. There's hardly enough room for game saves, let alone things like dashboard updates ...

And the 2009 models, only something like 3% got RRoD.

But I would definitely get the elite. I've got the Pro but in less than a year I've already nearly used up all the memory.

Well, for a third-party wi-fi connector it will be about £30, and then £26 for 12 months of Xbox Live if you can get it really cheap, but expect to pay around £30 a year. If you have a HDMI cable, you're sorted for cables too.

If you add up the cost of online for 360, PS3 is far cheaper. But Xbox Live is so much better than PSN it's quite ridiculous.

Psychonauts is pretty good, and go back and complete any of your other games you may have not completed. Also, IGN wrote their top 25 games for the Xbox which a good Google search should come up with!

Remember, FPS's with Natal might not be shooting, but, remember the console also has voice recognition. So you could issue orders to team-mates and so on using just your voice.

Single-Player - CoD 4.

Multi-Player - CoD 4.

More perks, and customisable parts doesn't necessarily improve a game ...
