@Jacanuk: Er what? I don't have a channel, I don't stream, I genuinely just enjoy the site. Also it's not just Dota and LoL, I don't think I've ever watched those games being streamed. Why don't you try not being so rude in future?

@Lulu_Lulu: Well obviously people are interested in it or Twitch wouldn't be as big as it is...
It's the same as watching sports - people might enjoy playing and watching others. Also, sometimes I find that because I work a lot I'm too tired to play even though I want to or I don't have time to complete all the games I want to. With Twitch I can watch others play games I haven't finished or use it as a reference in whether I want to buy a game or not. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean you have to dismiss it and your comment about society not taking gaming seriously? That has nothing to do with it at all. So many people have hobbies that they participate in AND watch others participate in.

@jdc6305: I own it on both and have played it on both. Haven't experienced any issues on either. Yes, the PS3 version had a lot of issues at launch but the vast majority of it was all patched and it's fine now.

@crimsonbrute: Way to contribute.
@Lulu_Lulu: Twitch.tv It's where people stream games they are playing and you can watch and chat.

Hey guys!

I'm a huge lover of Twitch as I really enjoy watching people play games and the discussion that surrounds a stream. I'm also a big fan of having a game streaming in the background while I'm playing. So I thought I'd ask, for those of you who watch streams on Twitch, what games in particular you watch, do you have any favourite streamers and why?

@matas_0r_not: If you're looking for longevity and good value for money then you'll definitely get it in Skyrim (buy the legendary edition with all the DLC!). My partner has put 100+ hours into it, I put 50+ into my old save and my friends on average have put around 75+ hours into it. It's a massive time sink, there's so much to do in the game from exploring, crafting, smithing, quests, alchemy, marriage, joining guilds and factions, to name but a few. It is HUGE. It's not the prettiest and you might experience some technical issues like pop in and the frame rate sometimes drops but game play wise it is phenomenal. I hope you enjoy it mate!

My NT didn't make it in so I'll be supporting England (my partner is English and it's where I live now). On the side I'll be supporting Germany, Belgium and Japan as I like the countries and their teams and would like to see them do well.

I absolutely love PS+. I get a free game every month for my PS3, PS4 and Vita and the games they give away are good and fairly recent titles. I think for the price it's an awesome service and it definitely adds to my experience of owning Sony devices. Especially now that you need it to play online with PS4, the free stuff makes you feel like you're getting your moneys worth and that they're giving something back to you for spending that money. It's a shame Microsoft aren't offering the same quality incentives, or I'd be more inclined to renew my Xbox Live subscription every year.
