@GlenPh These second-opinion reviews were always meant to be a more personal look at the staff's thoughts on the game being reviewed, as I understand it. Expecting these to be held to the same standards as the official reviews from GameSpot is missing the point of this entirely.
@runarjenssen @loafofgame The high speed of the comments is causing our mod tools to lag severely (stupid Livefyre) and thus remove the wrong comments. Your comment was probably caught in the crossfire as such. Sorry for any trouble we may have caused.
@Sefrix In a sense. It's akin to your standard activity stream on most social network sites, only split between three tabs: Your friends' activity, your activity, and your wall. The wall will probably where most of the Fuse functionality will be placed, since the other tabs deal exclusively in general site activity.
I don't think you can comment on specific status updates like you can with Fuse over there (you just reply to each other via the wall), but maybe GameSpot will keep that ability in place. After all, they aren't copying Giant Bomb's design wholesale. No doubt they'll keep as much existing GameSpot functionality in place as possible.
@Demonkillua @Scorpion1813 They'll probably abandon the app in favor of making the entire website able to scale to mobile devices on the fly. That's basically what the rest of the Internet is doing, so I don't see why they wouldn't either.
@Demonkillua Given they're using Giant Bomb as the foundation for the new GameSpot, I would assume they'd use Giant bomb's system. Which is to say, yeah -- there will probably be a "My Feed" on your profile that aggregates the activity of your tracked users (status updates, forum posts, new reviews, etc.). Can't see any other way to integrate Fuse into the site.
