@GreySeven. Are you reading what you're typing? This is money we're talking about. Gamers pay top dollar and expect to get their moneys worth. I can guarantee you those who bought the game would not have paid more than $60 if they knew they would be playing the 3rd installment in a fantastic series that had an ending that is the gaming industries equivalent of a monkey throwing poo at your mother.
WHY does laura parker keep referring mass effect as art? It's not art. If Leonardo da Vinci painted the mona lisa with a big blank face you wouldn't call it art. I'm starting to think there are hardly any decent journo's on gamespot anymore.
@shani_boy101 Dude, how do you think Gamespot get their funding? I never saw this much flame when 360 users first experienced RRoD, it's just their way of getting the fence sitters to decide what console to buy next. It's not a case of poor security, rather the hackers surpassing an obstacle. Disagree with me? Then why else would these E-Journalists try to put the blame, as you said shani_boy101, on Sony themselves.
Alot of people think instantly of their favourite games when they think storytelling, which is not the case. For me, the most detailed and beautifully written story that leapt into the depths of gaming would have to be the metal gear solid franchise. Sure, there were a hell of alot of cutscenes and what not, but the whole "behind the scenes" of the characters lives blooming on the battlefield made it just that little bit more interesting. The top 3 for me in no order would be -Metal Gear Solid -Final Fantasy -Legend of Zelda Anyone objections? =P
@ supadave 841, Mate, you're talking smack. Go back to your brick of a console you fanboy, this seems like a great idea, better than that six-axis scheme that does jack all. I think that the idea with tigerwoods will be revolutionary, considering that it's all motion activated incl. turning the control as the actual club, sounds wicked.
umm its funny cause, im not the one begging gamespot to let ps3 win, like i said before. clearly shows you're much more of a diehard fanboy than me. lol dude i have 20/20 vision, i dont need blu-ray because its the biggest heap of bs. if you have a plasma with full HD 1080p resolution and whack on a dvd, the quality is great. if u want to go that tiny bit extra and spend a heck of a lot more on both the dvd's and the player, then go blu-ray. Besides, i dont see sony with their own PC OS? as far as im concerned, microsoft have alot on their plate atm.
