This is the official thread for nominating users. It is for that purpose only. All OTcars related discussion should go in the official OTcars discussion thread.

Before we go on with the show, please take a minute to read the rules and guidelines for this year's OTcars.Help us help you help us all
>Only users who are either level 10 or above and have more than 500 posts may nominate users.However, I am a felxible host so so that may vary if the user is already familiar with OT.
>Please do not nominate yourself for any category. We do not want a situation where every user simply nominates themselves. Any self-nominations will not be counted.
>Each user gets one nomination per category. If you nominate more than one user in a given category, the first username listed will be the one we count. Save the best duo category obv.
>You can vote in whichever categories you want, and are not obligated to vote in every category. However, to make things easier for the talliers, please quote the full category list an leave it intact while simply ignoring the categories you do not wish to vote in rather than removing it.
>Please submit all nominations within a single post. You may go back and edit your post as often as you wish until the deadline. Multiple posts only makes it harder for the vote tallyers.
>Don't write something along the lines of "I nominate UserXYZ for every category."This vote obv. won't count.
>Banned users CANNOT be nominated for any category except for "Best Banned User."
>Again, do not do anything other than nominate users in this thread. All the RollCalling belongs in the official OTcars discussion thread.
>As a general rule, a user needs three different nominations to be eligible for a spot as a nominee, and there will be about 5 nominees per category.This rule may change depending upon what the final vote tally looks like. There may be more or less than 5 nominees per category as needed, and the number of nominations needed to be a nominee may be adjusted for certain categories as necessary. However, we will try to stick to the "3 nominations = nominee" rule.
Dealine: Since this year's OTcars planning started a bit late, there will be a week, two at most for voting. Pls try to get your noms together as quick as possible.
