You can OC that CPU like crazy with that cooler, and the RAM is not bad.

I don't recommend you buy any of those.

An HD4870 can max out most games at 1680x1050 (except Crysis).

Maybe when games get more graphic intensive, Crossfire that card (I'm assuming that you've got enough power (especially in Amperes) and a Crossfire motherboard).
