Try flushing your DNS maybe. Worked for me when Battle.net gives me issues. Open command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns

I don't like it when sometimes you have to tweak .ini files for configuring settings that are not available in-game. Thank goodness for knowledgeable users who share the tweaks on gaming forums.
