I agree with you here, ff12 just stunk period. Good game, but not a real final fantasy game. It really lacked all of the great things that made a final fanasy game in the first place. The battle system is lame, I don't care how dumb it may sound but I liked the turn based battles. It just seems like they are trying new things to change things up but I never felt that things needed to be changed this way. In past games I remember when a new once came out there were new things but the battle system pretty much stayed the same as well as the game mechanics.
Well I was invited to this gruop so I figured I would check things out more. I am a 33 year old male from Massachusetts. Have been playing final fantasy since number 1 way back on my nintendo, or nofriendo as we used to call it. I have always loved final fantasy games and have beaten all of them. Probably played final fantasy 2 and 7 a million times. Did I like FFX2? No, did I like FF12? no. Why? Let's face it, any true final fantasy fan didn't like either of them period. This is a cool group, hopefully ff13 will redeem itself. Glad to be here and thanks for the invite.
