I would recommend Nvidia to my deathbed, only because the driver support is leaps and bounds above any piece of garbage they call a catalyst driver that ATI has to offer. I've seen it take weeks/months for ATI to release driver support for mainstream titles just to make them playable. As for Nvidia... hell, I've never even screwed up with a beta driver (and in most cases, saw improvements in the fields I was looking for) so it just kind of weighs out to me. I'm not trying to be a fanboy by any means, I've just had honest experience with both cards and am giving my honest opinion. It's really up to you in the end.

wasteland is indeed a terrible map, which I don't understand because it's basically brecourt from the original CoD, and that was a fun map. the city maps do take a while to get used to, but I think generally the maps aren't as good as they could be because there just isnt enough people to fill them. City maps are really fun when you're playing ground war, but that's because there's actually a semi-decent number of people to occupy said map. what I really can't stand is Fevalla or whatever. That map was almost designed EXCLUSIVELY with the camper in mind, with so many dark corners and second-story windows. objective-based rounds are not near as bad on that map, but FFA/TDM is just absolutely terrible. just my 2 cents.

I recently upgraded to Windows 7 64-bit, and I am having a horrible time trying to get it to network properly with my Wireless router, in the other room. I am currently using a Dlink USB wireless adapter that worked great with windows XP, but dlink's world renowned customer service just shut the door in my face when I asked them why they don't support 64-bit OS's, especially now that they are really gaining in popularity. So basically, I can't use the USB adapted because of driver issues. (I'm using a sketchy workaround that involves downloading Linksys drivers and running it in compatibility mode, and it is mediocre at best.) What I do need is a somewhat-affordable solution to pick up my 20mbps cable internet across the house, and have it be capable of handling online games. I play CoD, Red Orchestra, WAR online, BF2, and some other games that really require a lot of bandwidth. I've tried doing research myself, but to no avail. I just can't seem to find a reliable, fast wireless adapter that wont cost me an arm and a leg. I'm open to either USB or PCI interfaces, I just need something that works, and works good. can anyone help me out? for what it's worth, I am currently routing my internet though a Dlink DIR-625 draft N router.

judging by your reaction to the kid-friendly adaption of a comic-book figure, and by your avatar/sig, I'm going to assume you haven't seen this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDDHHrt6l4w
