The native resolution for the Ps3 version of South Park: The Stick of Truth is 720p. I now know this for sure since I saw a video with someone showing off the box of a Ps3 retail copy both front and back. I'm presuming the Xbox 360 version has a 720p native resolution as well, but I'm not as confirmed on this as I am with the Ps3 version.

By the way...Comedy Central broadcasts HD in 1080i and not 720p like some channels do.

720p or 1080p? I can only guess 720p because the officially released trailers max out at that resolution. I'm only asking this because, in the interest of staying true to the show, will the game be full HD or barely HD?
