How many times has he said this before and came back? They should make this retirement mandatory, so he won't pull that crap again. omfg_its_dallylet's hope not
Franchise tag him. you don't want to see him go to Miami nor New York Jets. Franchise him and then see what happens. Tom Brady may not be ready to come back for 2009-2010 season and if Tom comes back 100%, Patriots have the luxury to trade him to whichever team they want.
I think they already did all this about a month ago though.. Â
[QUOTE="mvphalo8"][QUOTE="flo17602"]Amani retiring? news to me[QUOTE="kalabo10688"][QUOTE="flo17602"]Most of my favorite players has retired! Tiki, Straham, and now Toomer! Giants is gonna have to start building a new team from scratch now! Jacobs is banged up to play the way he use to play! Plexico made a fool out of himself and so did his third string back up! They gonna need serious help next season.flo17602
yeah, he's gone!
I believe he still wants to play, but not any longer with the G-Men.any news where he's going?
wow.. when did this happen? Oh well, he wasn't as productive last season as previous years anyway. But still, I would rather see him retire than play for another teamÂ
He has informed NY Jets that he will not return for the 2009-2010 season.
Personally, I think he should have retired as a Packer but nonetheless, I wish him the best. I think he should get a TV job and perhaps he may work at the booth with Troy Aikman and Joe Buck? We'll see.
I think it will be cool to see Strahan and Brett working together though. Make it happen people!Â
[QUOTE="HillyBilly"]I've never heard of him until the threads came up saying "Chris Brown puncher Rihanna in the face." So whatever, its not my concern.Darth-CaedusI never heard of him either :P Chris Brown is.. well he is supposedly the next Usher. The good guy if you will. But yeah.. I think his career will hit rock bottom soon because of this. Maybe not that drastic but.. you get the point.
