@catsimboy: You are right, it is not as cut and dry as Tekarukite is trying to make it seem. This is now an argument of open access. It would be an argument about piracy if they were in fact playing on a free server that was as up-to-date as the paid servers, we have a serious problem, but instead we have people who want to play it in a particular form the developer refuses to support, thus preventing people from playing the game they paid for in the form they prefer to play it in. Yes, Tekarukite is right in his arguments about the theft of intellectual property- to a point. This is surely how Blizzard feels. There is no 100% right or wrong answer, it simply depends on your perspective, but the law is the law, and until it is changed, this is the way it is. However, Blizzard's argument is also going to be rife with corporate propaganda. I for one support open access of games in earlier forms.
