Definitely take XB1X power at $500. Pretty much what the PS4 Pro should have been like. The XB1X will be $400 next year I bet.

@the_master_race: I'll be playing it on my XBox One. Can't wait to play this game. Won't be on PS4 or Switch.
Best looking console games will be on Pro... FACT...
Good look getting base Xbone to churn out a game like Horizon:ZD at a decent enough resolution for XboneX to then render at 4k.
Wouldn't be that hard. Horizon could run at 900p on the X1 and look the same across the board. Increase it to 4K on the X1X and it looks better than the 1800p version of the Pro.
Only as we've seen in other DF video's not all 900p games will hit native 4k.
Especially as the power gap between base PS4 and base xbone is bigger then Pro and Scorpio.
BEST case scenario Scorpio will match Pro's visuals.
Hhh.. no. They will easily be above the PS4 Pro's visual. Even if they use checkerboard rendering, the fact that the XB1X will have all that extra memory to work with to put more details, textures, etc.. in the visuals. The XB1X version will look more like the PC version in the end. Especially the SP type games. Only thing holding XB1X back is the OG XB1 for multiplayer games. That is with the FPS. The XB1X gap is bigger with the Pro. The PS4 Pro will be checkerboarding rendering games from a lower resolution then the XB1X. I'm sure there will be some XB1X games that will be native 4K / 60fps that won't be the same on the PS4 Pro.

Horizon: ZD isn't native 4K though. Just compare Anthem to Horizon: ZD. Developers are just starting to work on the XB1X. Within a year there will be games on the XB1X that look better then Horizon: ZD. The games will be in native 4K with high texture settings.
@Xplode_games: I don't know if it matters as much, cause I don't think developers will be using 4K Blu-Ray disc for their games. Does 4K Blu-Ray disc have more storage space? I think the XB1X is more expensive because of the extra memory, better GPU, liquid cooling system and a bunch of other things. The 4K Blu-Ray probably added another $40-50 to the system I think. Micorosoft is probably going to lose $50-$100 on each system I bet, but by the end of next year then will be even.
Sony nailed the launch of the Playstation 4. Do you think they can do it again with the next generation console they release? Does the Playstation 5 have to have the best specs? Backwards compatibility? $400 price point? Should it go the way of the Switch? Let me know your thoughts, SW. I don't think Sony has to overreach on this one. Just give the gamers backwards compatibility with PS4 games and a 4K player and decent specs and you're good to go.
Release it in 2019 or 2020. Price it at $399 or less. Definitely have it B/C with the PS4. Have a decent launch lineup of exclusive and 3rd party games. Conitnue to support PS4 for another 2-3 years are PS5 launches.
I'm assuming you mean software sales. If you are talking about worldwide, that would be PC. If you are talking about US, it would be game consoles.
The reason PC wins world wide is because of the Asian market, which plays like 80% PC. They have huge MMO market over there with lots of monthly fees, DLC and micro-transactions.
Drugs are bad mmmkay.
Your comments are bad... mmmkay. lol!!
I'd buy one of these if it include the PS4 Pro and XB1X instead. Pretty sure Sony & Microsoft would sue this guy if he ever sold one.
I wish I was that electronically talented to do this.
Forza 7’s Chris Tector says, “we’re going to have people playing at console, native 4K, 60 frames a second. It’s going to be awesome.”

Yes! On one of the least demanding looking games...
**EDIT**
Recommended specs for PC:
- OS: Windows 10 x64
- DirectX: DirectX 12 API, Hardware Feature Level 11
- Memory: 8 GB
- Video Memory: 4 GB
- Processor: Intel i5 4460 3.2GHz
- Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 670 or NVIDIA 1050 Ti
- Integrated Keyboard and Mouse
I'm willing to bet a GTX 1070 could play this game at 4k 60fps.
Well, I'm sure we will see, when DF does a comparison with the PC version and then another comparison with GT Sport after it releases. That should be fun.
Hahhahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa What does GT sport has to do with this thread.? Oh do you care about power now.?
If Forza 7 look better is because sony is using the old dev kit for the Pro,wait until the new developer kit arrive, also sony will get a new lower level api GNM12 and this will make the Pro twice as fast allowing it to beat the XBO X,sony is just saving it for next E3.
2018 should be fun...
HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA...
You are in full damage control today aren't you. lol!!! Give it a rest. Remember your high blood pressure.
We all know DF will be doing a comparison on a LOT of PS4 Pro and XB1X games this fall. Get the bucket ready for all your tears.

Yep, I'm sure I can run it at 4K, 144 frames per second on my rig.
I'll just you know, turn texture details to low, shadows to off, draw distance to 2 feet in front of my face etc.
But it'll be glorious 4K 144hz though!
I don't get it.
I'm making fun of the fact that people go apeshit over a resolution/fps number, with no mention of what level of detail anything is set at. 4K60fps alone means pretty much nothing, when the game could be running at the crappiest level of detail ever.
I knew what you were saying. It probably went over a few heads on here though. I hope I can get a 4K HDTV before the XB1X launches.
