Do you know anyone who makes a purchase based on advertising? All advertising does is make people aware of the product but nobody with any sense will take the manufacturer's word for it. Only impulse buyers purchase anything based on advertizing alone. It what they read about but other consumers that closes the deal (or not).

I hate when people touch my sexy handhelds, so that's not too big of an issue for me.

They must just want households to purchase multiple Vitas. That's pretty unfair though. I know growing up we'd share one Gameboy amongst my entire family as we couldn't afford to just have multiple Gameboys, and on my eight birthday I got my very own Gameboy Color with Pokemon from my mum.

That was one of the greatest birthdays ever.

but let me ask you this:

Have you tried to load a 2nd card using even the same account yet? That alone is a pain in the a__. it takes like 5-10 minutes each time (depending on the amount of data one each card) to rebuild the game database, then it randomly jumbles the icons of each of the games that it loads to the live area. then every time you go to play a game after you've switched cards it will post that you are playing it for the first time.

I know, some of these complaints are petty, but altogether they are all very inconvenient, enough to make me not want to switch cards.

I haven't tried switching accounts yet, but if this is how it is to just switch the cards, I can only imagine how much trouble it would be. I don't think this is a security feature, I think that they simply couldn't find a way of making it work properly which gives me some hope that this is something that they will work on and is not a result of some new policy (we all know that Sony NEVER changes their policies in our favor) .

Devs need to give up on the PSV and 3DS, and just make games for Smartphones. Mario world or whatever it's called would sell ridiculous amounts if it were available on iOS and Anroid for around £3.99

Yeah, the UMD was bad. They get damaged to easily. I don't mind re-buying my PSP games on the PSN store.
