Well, I was not really blown away by the games shown.. maybe Forza motorsport looked good. The are current gen games like Crysis 3, Metro and Tomb Raider which could equal that level of quality. The polygons on the games shown looked tessellated. If this thing can run tessellated, global illumination, skin shaded and all the whatnots in a game at 60fps in 1080p then its worth a try..
@snova9308 just a saying bro.. just trying to reminisce abt crysis' hardware eater status when it was released in 2007.. looking at the demos.. i just think they are trying to fit way too many things in One..
shitty review... this has to be an outright insult considering the amount of time, hype and publicity given to the game.. gamespot featured it so many times and made some fuss about it and now THIS???!! givme a break!! that wont stop me from playing this game.. honestly i thought ign sucked at reviews but this is enough to make them blush..
space sims.. flight sims?.. the genre has been poorly exploited.. the only memorable space sim ive played was freelancer and i actually enjoyed it.. spent months playin and playin again and again.. idk abt this game buh i donfink its made a name for itself yet... time for the game developers to shift focus from FPS, RPGs and MMOs and see what kinda blockbuster IPs can be developed in this genre..
bad? well not that bad i agree the storyline about a planetary invasion was blown outa proportion... the gfx are ok... im loving the game but honestly the cover system is kinda flawed and the shooting mechanics arent the best...
i dunno about this but buh i fink the futuristic setting is goin to make this new game loose its 'call of duty' feel and be quite different from the previous ones..
