Check if your 360 has a HDMI out or not. The older ones don't have one, so then your problem is solved. However, I would stick with the component if you're not having any problems. Have both, and really haven't seen a difference that's worth it. However, if you want surround sound with the component cable, you'll have to buy a separate optical cable that you can plug into the end of the component cable that goes into the 360. And the other end goes into your surround receiver obviously.
You'll have to make sure that you first seduce somebody (until they show a heart or something. You can see it on one of the sliders), then you can give them a ring to get married (but this is not necessary), or you just keep seducing them until they offer you to do something naughty. Then just give them the thumbs up expression, then go find a bed in your house, and when you select to go to sleep, the option should appear.
I heard the drums on RB2 are better than GHWT, any truth to that according to you? Currently playing RB2 with GH2 and GH3 guitars, which works fine, but doubting which drumset to buy now.
MS has explicitly stated they are ready for everything and have been preparing their back office to live through the xmas period. I'm quite confident it will be fine.
Not a bad article. Not sure what MS will come up with. They could go to a full digital streaming box, but don't think they want to upset retailers that much. Concerning Bluray, no idea, currently some signs are pointing to the fact that it may finally be breaking through in Japan. If that happens, bigger chance of the rest of the world following.
consoles of first year suffered really hard of RROD, after that with the newer iterations it got a lot better, and the new jasper stuff will iron it out almost completely. However, some consoles will still break, just as all hardware breaks..
Would recommend Rock Band 2 based on the gameplay. Harmonix still knows better how to bring across the 'real' experience of playing music by the way they know how to place the circles / boxes. Also, loads of downloads. However, you can't go wrong with either of your options, and would by both in the end. Also, RB1 can be bought for cheap, and gives you loads of songs, all of which (except for 4) you can play in RB2 if you pay 400 MS points (or something like that).
I'm quite sure they'll update the design in the future, more than probably together with updating the internal component to make them smaller, cooler and cheaper. Look at the success of Nintendo doing this with the DS / DS Lite (and to an extent with the different colors of the gamecube) or Sony with the PS2 and the PSP. I'm also quite sure the name won't change into something like Xbox 720. Without adding extra capabilities (like maybe a BR drive) it would make no marketing sense at all (consumers would think it's a successor, not an update of the existing console), and even when adding extra stuff, it would rather be named into something like Xbox 360 Slim (but then more creative).
you can probably get it at a cheap price, definitely worth it if you're looking for a good rally / race game. It's fun, looks great and gameplay is different from most other racers.
