Apparently, the author of this review has not found the extermination camp part of the game, it would be interesting to see what he would make of it. I kind of suspect that not all Americans are great fans of having some truly dark historic analogies associated with a futuristic America. I would argue that especially in the current political climate, not only in America but also there, it is particularly important to look at what could go wrong, and clearly David Cage does not shy away from having a political message in an entertainment medium. Some people find the historical references too "on the nose", I do not. It is hard to really understand the dehumanizing effects of segregation and apartheid and the horror of the death camps through facts and figures in a history class, but experiencing it in my own story is a punch to the gut.

I thoroughly loved the game, even the dark parts, though they were often hard to bear. The actors are universally brilliant, and the graphics are outstanding. 10/10.
