Star Trek (the newest one) - when Kirk's dad sacrifices himself to buy time for the Kelvin's crew to escape.

Naked Gun 33 1/3 - the part where Frank is pretending to be Phil Donahue and beats up Raquel Welch at the Academy awards, I not only cry from laughing, I almost pass out.
