Since that's one of their big selling points this year, I was wondering how true it is. I only have time for about 25 games a week, so when online I usually play OVP. There were many times in 12 where the skating was just messed up. Mainly with continuous twirling with no deceleration, wide stance invincibility, and what I can only describe as a stutter step where guys skating slowly could quickly go forward and back or side to side and was just plain silly.

I've read a lot of complaints about the skating, but that could just be from those people who can't do these freakish moves anymore. Is the skating in this game more representative of what you'd see in an actual game?

Favorite console from that era: SNES

Favorite game from that era: Donkey Kong Country 2...this game is definately my favorite game of all time. I'll play it over Halo any day.

Underrated game: Spider-Man and X-Men in Arcade's Revenge...sure the graphics are so-so, but the gameplay is extremely challenging. I hated it at first, but once I beat the first Wolverine level, i had to keep trying to beat the other ones. So far I've gotten maybe 50% of the levels cleared before getting completely dominated in Gambit's level.

Favorite Character: Sonic Blast Man (from Sonic Blastman 2). Another one of my favorites.
