RevIewers lIke the guardian, metacrItIc, ign and numerous complaining game fans cannot all be wrong, there has to b some truth in the facts we are tryIng to poInt out, gta5 has a 9.8 review score average over 40 review bodies (confirm from the internet)...at some point one begins to wonder if this is a failed attempt to pull attention or to present a form of uniqueness abt gamespot....it will never sit well with any fan to see gta5 in the list of ur other 9.0 games, not because we love gta5 so much but sincerely we know how much effort went into this and the output is stunning...I have bought so many games I didn't play for long because of inconsIstent and undeserved score, these games aren't cheap...bioshock and gta5 the same score...that's laughable
The problem with gamespot is incontinency. When u go through all games rating and u see all games rated 9 u will immediately feel dat gta5 doesn't belong there, in almost every aspect it is a far superior game, it is better than gta4, but gamespot started all this confusion by giving a perfect score to games, personally I feel no game is perfect, there's always room for improvement, but if 10 is given so carelessly then this has to b a 10 period, but will gamespot change the score? definitely no to preserve their credibility. Review Scores r very important as I always used them when at the game store for games I knw nothing abt, politics n feminism though important isnt worse that shooting at d head or any other crime ,a 9.8 for me .
not impressed.......nothing i havent seen before.......the same ultimate jutsu for the 4th hokage in 3 consecutive games.....now thats what i call lazy....the cool combat in the boss battle is as a result of the great imagination of the best manga i have ever watched (naruto),...but as a game it doesnt stand alone, its strenght is dependent on those familiar with the anime.....i bought storm1,storm 2 and generation....except i see something new and compelling i wont buy storm 3, at first i was shocked that gamespot kept scoring naruto games low but now i know why.....in this time where metal gear, god of war, uncahrted are pushing the boundaries, storm is going in circles with such limited vision to improve a good game...storm1 was tight when it was new, now we want something different.....
Guys pardon me but i must say this......to me Namco bandai are just being a bit lazy with Naruto games on PS3 and Xbox, the naruto story is a very powerful and intruiging one, im African from Nigeria and you wont believe what wave this anime is causing, anyone that tries to follow it gets bewitched....all that remains is quality gameplay and technically sound graphics,....i give it to the producers the graphic engine and cell shapes are impressive but the gameplay is 3 days hot max....after that back to soccer, and from the looks of things they are heading in the same direction as storm 1 and 2, button mashing, i hate games i can play with eyes closed, it doesnt have to be complex just different and unique to each character, secondly, the story mode with boss battles is cool but i wonder what happens in between boss battles, running around again?i hope not....try giving us missions skipping the run arounds like tree battles with strange ninjas, jutsu trainings etc.....Thirdly please include the sound 4....over the top ougis like ultimate ninja in ps2 (ist hokage ultimate jutsu a good example)......selection table should be a bit matured and daring (like Mortal combat)......ultimate jutsu countering like storm 1.....jutsu clash (eg chidori and rasengan)....include litte kakashi,naruto etc as in generations.....option to choose an ultimate jutsu before battle or have more than one determined by chakra bar level....in all a game that will require you to at least think technically while fighting......ocassional 3d rotation and slow mo to emphasize damage in ultimate jutsus or ordinay jutsus.... unlockabe stages and fighter.....stages that can affect the outcome of a fight....i could go on and on....the design of these games are very difficult but im sure they have great engineers and technicians to do this....i hate to see naruto score 7 on ratings, it could be better.....peace out.
