Xbone One is completely stupid when it comes to updates. The most frustrating and annoying thing I have ever experienced while owning a console.
They gimped their hardware so bad at the start of the gen and they never fully fixed it.
On PS4, I can play any game offline without updating. On xbone, you can’t. It forces you to update or you get locked out. I couldn’t play any of my Xbox games when I worked out of town because I didn’t have an internet connection.
I had to go back into town, update and fiddle around with the stupid options to get it working.
The whole family/privacy settings further screw you over with not belong able to play your stupid games.
Fix that for next gen I guess because for some reason it was impossible this gen.
I saw the movie. It’s a 6 at best. 7 if I am generous. I LIKED the movie. Good comedy. Great action. I can honestly say I left the theatre happy and can say it was much better than suicide squad.
But I understand why the reviewer gave it an overrated 9. It’s obvious. And that’s fine. It’s a niche movie targeted towards people like Meg Downey.
For the general population, the vast majority of us don’t care for these types of movies and messages.
Even my Girlfriend, who was watching it with me said: “What’s with all the male bashing every scene?” SHE was turned off and disgusted at the man hating.
It didn’t bother me that much. Thankfully the action and comedy(that wasn’t male bashing) was actually funny. So I got some good laughs.
Anyway, I am not mad at the gamespot review because the reviewer got exactly what they wanted. A extremely niche movie targeted towards people like her. Which is fine.
Just don’t get mad because 99% of the population doesn’t want to see this movie and would rather watch Joker.
Microsoft’s idea of going bold is “The Xbox Series X won’t have any exclusive games for the first 3 years. Continue to play halo infinite and gears 6 on Xbox one s in the 2020’s!”
Seriously. I don’t want to buy an Xbox series x now if the games are all available on gamepass on Xbox one. This defeats any purpose of anyone upgrading.
Games will be gimped to run on old hardware.
Thankfully Sony is doing an actual upgrade with next gen exclusives.
People turned off with the “woke”-ness of this movie and the excessive “men-suck” attitude?
I watched the movie. I liked it. I really do, but man it did get tiresome to be told men are evil every two seconds.
I still enjoyed it though. Lots of funny parts and the action was great. Harley/Margot Robbie carries the entire movie. It’s really about her and the Birds of Prey don’t really exist until the end.
