I have only a rank 10 warframe but I can only imagine the frustration for a high level character getting banned this way. 3 days and still not reply from support.

I was playing the game then it crashed, sumitted crash dump then tried logging in again and it says I am banned because I violated their eula. Game crash = violation? Anyone having similar problem? How long does their support team respond?
