Although not officially supported, Ground Zeroes does have some modding programs that can be used to unpack, modify, and the repack the games files. Likely, these will carry over to The Phantom Pain as it's in exactly the same engine.

As we all know, E3 is coming up here soon. And I think most of us remember that last year's video stream was a mild disaster for each of the three days. I'm not blaming you as I have no idea if you could have fixed it in that time frame but I think you should have been a little more prepared.

This year, I would suggest that the cameras and stream are tested out for a period of hours at least a week beforehand. Record a clock or your workspace, it may seem boring but it's problems like these that cause people to watch E3 on other websites.
