Hopefully they don't butcher it like AoC. That was a polished turd, though. This looks like they're taking some serious time on it.

Really looking forward to this game. That's the one drawback I found in the Sims 2. Character creation only had so many options for their personality, to where you could match up characters easily. This one looks a little more non-linear, so it should be interesting seeing how different things fit together.
I agree. Warhammer will be an awesome game, and might yank 5-10% of WoW's player base initially (that's being optimistic). However, it will not kill WoW. No game will kill WoW. Chuck Norris would have a difficult time killing WoW. Sure, it was around 15 years longer than Warcraft, but that doesn't make it any better of a game. I still believe Halo is a better game than Super Mario Galaxy, even though the Mario title has been around longer. They're both great games, but in their own way. World of Warcraft excels at PvE gameplay. You'll get a few people who say "raiding sucks." But if they didn't enjoy it, and I mean REALLY didn't enjoy it, they'd quit. So you have to admit that it is reasonably good at PvP. From what I've read so far about WAR, it seems to be more of an RvR centered game. PvE is an important part, but in the end it's all about RvR. To those of you who don't know, RvR is not PvP. RvR is more integrated, streamlined, and functional than PvP. RvR is basically war, in the simplest form. It is designed to where everything you do contributes to the war, and everything you do in the war is centered on doing something. In this case, this something is capturing your enemy's city. I disagree with the fact that it's a total WoW clone. If you look at the MMORPG market as a whole, you could say all of them are WoW clones (at least the swords and sorcery ones anyway). Honestly, I believe that WAR will be better than WoW. I'm not going to try and convince anyone else, however. It's too early on to be trying to parade the game around saying "Mine is better than yours!". I'm not trying to do that. The game looks good. Nobody will deny that, and from what I've seen, it looks better than WoW. However, you shouldn't pound your opinion in someone else's head. My concluding point is, this game will not kill WoW. No game will kill it. It would take two or three good games to accomplish that, but even then, you'd just take a good chunk of its player base. If you want to rant about how WAR will be so much better, go ahead, but don't expect anyone to listen or care. If you're really that anxious to see the game, go down and pay $5 to get into the open beta, play the game, and then and only then make a conclusion. The same goes for WoW lovers, don't preach about how Warhammer will fail and nobody will like it. You aren't video-game market analysts, so no side has any room to preach or brag at this point.

Guys, the on the top 10 most dissatisfying endings, for Myst, you could notice that Atrus went up and destroyed the books. Hence the huge blackened marks on the pedistals where the books were supposed to be.
