Vista is usable with less than 2gb, but that's if you are extremely patient... i've been using 7 and so far so good, all but creative drivers work, but that was expected... microsoft did good so far, i'm excited for the final release core i7 920 9gb ddr3 dominator gtx260 core 216 x-fi
PC's win all the time, people are just babies when it comes to installing a game, and dealing with a possible error... i've been able to play every new game without a problem, if you have the right hardware and the game doesn't work, you don't know what your doing, so stop all you pampered console fools, you have your huge amount of problems as well and you know it 360 is crap and badly built PS3 is better, but not one developer really knows how to use it buy a PC Asus p6t Deluxe core i7 920 9GB dominator 8-8-8-24 GTX260 Toughpower 1200 4x10,000 WD raptors in 2 Stripe sets and less problems than my xbox had :-D
360 has some junk hardware, everyone knows it, 33% of systems failed... it's loud, unpredictable and cheap feeling, don't deny it, you know it's true... if i have the choice between 360 and ps3, i get the game from the more dependable company... i have a sony tv from 95 that still works great and the PS1 still fires up without a problem... everything microsoft has ever created, breaks... without question just wait... ps3 will prevail, sorry (p.s. they don't compare the consoles to pc games because, well, just face it, console graphics are crap vs pc games)
Pc is the best to play any game... period... if you disagree it's because you most likely don't know how to use\build a computer. Bioshock looks fantastic on my pc, considering i don't even have DDR2 memory, and i still have a 7800GTX, i still hit about 40-50FPS. Consoles finally give you the option of what output you want, thats it's, what you see is what you get... you can't output to the resolutions on an Xbox-360 that you can on a PC, let alone with DX10 coming along, you guys are screwed... unless they come out with a video card you can slide right out, face it, your precious little 360 is outdated by 2 years, and in the land of technology, thats some old garbage... even ps3 can't live up to the power of the 8800Ultra, and just wait for the 8900, Xbox1080 and PS4 are going to coming out sooner than expected to make sure you console people don't have to worry about double clicking an .exe file, if you play games, at least play the right ones...
face it DS sucks, just like the graphics on the WII, i just got Metroid Corruption... and when the nintendo sign came up, i thought i was playing NES, and let me tell you, i wasn't that far off...
i don't care how many updates this thing gets... the hardware is cheap garbage... the way the cheap dvd rom drive makes that cheap sound and the thing should float thats how loud it is... i got it for forza 2, and if it weren't for that game, this thing would make a fantastic door stop. then they come out with this 360 elite... all that time talking about how ps3's hardware was either overkill or useless... and look at them, too little, too late... sorry M$
that is so shockin, i only really noticed it in Midnight Club first... i wasted a LOT of time waiting for games to load apparently... and lastly... if i don't remember losing a lot of time then, doesn't that mean i've lost it all now ponder that one while your waiting for your psp to load
