Your basically screwed. That was bad planning. You have to start over (just register a new game and load up the demoex game), get the bombs on the outside of the level. When you fight the dodongos put one bomb in their mouth then immediately put another bomb in the same place, this bomb will blow up in front of it and it will freeze, slash it and it will give you more bombs. Use that technique to constantly get bombs.
