I voted "Other" because I believe that it depends on the severity of the rape; such as the amount of violence used, the age of the victim, how many times the rape was repeated etc. I don't believe that a frat boy who has sex with a drunken college girl should get the same penalty as an older man who rapes a 5 year old. Again, it just depends on the severity of the rape.
