I only have time to play games one time through, and I get extremely bored repeating them. I see that Witcher 3 has yet another DLC, "Blood and Wine", coming out early 2016. Since I want to have my one play-through of the game, with all of the content that the game has to offer, does anyone know when the last DLC will be released, so I can finally buy the game and start? I guess, by then it will be a bundle and only cost $30.

@Namgis: Thank you for your reply. I was confused that the text for the trophy reads "Awarded all Trophies". If you don't have the DLCs, then you can't get all of the trophies.

In order to earn the platinum trophy "Perfectionist", do I need to have all of the DLCs, or does it apply to the core game only? If you do need to purchase all of the DLCs, then what was the platinum trophy before, when the game launched before the DLCs?

@Zynn: If its interactive, then it's game. I haven't played it yet, but Heavy Rain is one of my favorite games of this generation. I'm a sucker these types of linear adventure games.

@Jacanuk

A touchscreen kiosk, in a mall, is also interactive, but I wouldn't want to play with it for 20 hours.

The game is more like an entertaining movie, where you get to add your input and do some mostly minor tasks. The whole game is on rails. The only thing your choices actually do is add to the conclusive story video that plays at the end of they game. In fact, the entire last chapter is this video playing and showing you what the result of some of your choices are.

If that is the kind of game you like, then great. I liked Beyond, and I liked Heavy Rain, but I like them for what they are: some entertainment, where I don't' have to do much or get my controls all sweaty.

For the most part, in this discussion, I tend to agree with @Pffrbt

That is part of the issue. With so many games being released, I can't keep track of every title. I have the same issue with movies, but Amazon still has the feature that I can use to "travel back in time" to see what was released on whatever week.

The way Gamespot had it was so convenient and simple. I could go back, week-by-week, and even forward week-by-week, so I new what to look out for each week and budget accordingly.

It is more of an interactive movie than an actual game. My buddy and I dual-played it to one of the 20 or so endings. It has elements where your input was needed for the story, and it has some small parts where you have to do things from ride a motorcycle and sneak around to less engaging things like take a shower or pick up the trash in your livingroom. Some of the things just seemed like they were thrown in, so you actually feel like you are still a participant.

It was very entertaining, and worth the money to us, but it just isn't a conventional game, and some people would be turned off by that.

I used to use Gamespot to keep tabs on previously released games by clicking "Previous Week", in the "New Releases" section. I could see what games came out, going back as many weeks as I wanted, that I may have overlooked, see if they ever got a review, and possibly give them a try.

Ever since they revamped this site, I can't seem to find this feature.

If it still exists, please let me know where it is.

If that feature is no longer available, please direct me to a new game site, I can go to, for this information.
