Wow. This is jsut ignorant. I'm way past the maturity level of some children out here. In fact if you were to see me you would think I'm 20 or something. I hate it when some guy in his 20's think they can go around talking about what younger people should be doing or something.

It's 17+ for a reason. I'm 17 which means I should be able to play these type of games. If it was true adult material it would have been rated 18+.  And even if it was, I'm pretty sure I won't be anymore mature in 6 months then I am now.

Talk this rubbish to some 13 year old but not me.

I went to Gamecrazy eariler to buy RE4. I get to the register and the lady says I have to be 18 or older to buy it. I pointed out to her that the box said 17+ and I've been buying M rated games since I turned 17 in May and the lady continues to say "18 or older sir. 18 or older." She obviously didn't feel like debating it with me so I just left the box on the counter and walk out.

 I remember when I tried to trade in Crackdown and Gamestop told me I had to be 18 for that too. I understand that but now I can't even BUY M rated games unless I'm 18 now? What type of BS is that! Then why not change the 17+ logo on the box if they are just goiing to switch the **** up like that! It's no point for it to say 17 or older anymore if I have to be 18.  Complete BS. I'm extremely pissed off about this. Iwas excited about turning 17 just so I could finally buy M rated games and now they up the age even further. 

I'm started to hate this whole rating BS. Maybe if parents did blame video games for little Johnny going beserk and killing himself I wouldn't be having this problem. So when exactly did this crap start anyway?
