Well, I fucking called this one. It looks like a watered down version of Overwatch.

Ha. What a joke. The game isn't a gem by any means but I think a 7 is a fair score and should've been what the Wii U version had gotten in the first place.

GameSpot and they're half-assed reviewers completely lost me whenever they didn't give Bayonetta 2 GOTY last year. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the game deserved to get GOTY (it certainly wasn't my personal GOTY.) However, when you fail to give it to the only game that scored a 10 last year, it completely contradicts the site's scoring system.

Then they turn around and award two games a 10 this year which, for all intents and purposes, mean jack shit according to the way they handled the 2014 GOTY. I think it's safe to say that GameSpot is no longer a relevant critic.

I may not have always seen eye-to-eye with some of his choices but I never once doubted his legacy. The gaming world will forever have a void that will never be filled.

Thank you, Iwata-san for the memories. You will be missed.

Consider this.. with the Wii U's inevitable fall into obscurity; you may have some rare titles on your hands in the upcoming years.

Call me crazy but if you ever wanted to go back and game on it, you'd probably have to pay more than the game's are worth.

This is what the Vita TV should've based it's core design philosophy from. It's perfect; It adds less than an inch in overall height to your console and the thing just works. I understand that this is completely different than what Sony had designed the Vita TV around but let's be honest; the main reason to buy a Vita TV is to.. play Vita games on your TV and the thing cannot even get that right.

Art Style is kind of subjective; you can perceive it in many different ways. Of course, it's all opinion and I suppose everybody is entitled to one!

My vote? Most modern day shooters. Call of Duty, Gears of War, Killzone, Resistance. They're all so bland that they kind of just mix together.

I thought I had more to say on this but I'm kind of drawing a blank...

It's one thing to be visually appealing from an overall technological stand-point. That's honestly the only thing the demo has going for it. It takes a completely different kind of prowess to design a game from an artistic design and Nintendo usually excels at this sort of thing. Mario games, especially the 3D games, always have a certain charm to them and the Unreal 4 rendering just doesn't do the guy justice.

It's the reason why Super Mario Sunshine on Gamecube can still look visually appealing over ten years later. There are some really pretty games out there that take great strides to utilizing it's hardware but end up just looking bland; The Gears of War and Killzone games are notorious for this and they're usually considered to be among some of the most advanced games in terms of graphics. At least, they were whenever they launched; I always thought games like this to be pretty from a technological PoV but in retrospect the games were mostly gray and brown. I'm not saying these are bad games (Mario Sunshine certainly isn't a great game) but there's a certain "feel" that the games I've listed off and this demo doesn't "feel" like Mario, it's definitely pretty to watch but it lacks a certain quality.

That makes no sense. If NX is going to be weak compared to the PS4 then when the PS5 comes out a year or two after they are going to be in the same boat they are in with the Pii U.

The PS4 still has at the absolute very least another half a decade left before we even remotely hear about a PS5.

I think it's when they went up to 60% casual with Kinect(lol), chasing Nintendo's pot of gold.

At least that's what I've heard.

Yeah and even Nintendo tried to strike oil twice and failed.
