@Flames03 Sony rushed the ps4 to keepup with the long speculated reveal of the xbox 720 (XONE now); and untop of that sony announced theri system and less than 4 months had a playable system and game demos!? What do you expect from beta games?

Microsoft has been cultivating their dev kits for some time now. It's unfair to compare Killzone shadowfall or etc, to games that have been in development for a longer time, and on a system that developer actuallys got their hands on (sony didnt even handout dev kits to it's own first party developers!?)

As for Destiny and Assassin Creed - 1.) they didnt have/or/show playable demos of the XBOX ONE editions, AND the issues those games had at their stage shows, had less to do with the system, and more to do with Bungie & Ubisoft showing Alpha builds of their nextgen versions - you should already know that they just recently started up their nextgen development of those games.

Besides, what you get for that extra $100 with a XBOX ONE, is a Kinect. That's the ONLY reason the XBOX ONE is $100 more.

Eurogamer is extremely bias towards pc & xbox 360. I've noticed Sony & Nintendo recieve alot of negativity from them (even misleading reviews, and blatant lies). Not that this has anything to do with this particular topic. But I say this, to caution people from taking this eruogamer speculation to acceptingly.

@monson21502 I'm pretty sure 99% of third-party games will run identically between both platforms (and for the first year or two, PC).

And last time I checked, it's pretty hard to compare exclusives for each system - in terms of graphics or performance.

@Navardo95 @Spartan_418 I think the more ram you have for a OS the better - I mean, no one wants a slow, sluggish experience - but not at the cost of over 30% of you're total system ram!

The fact is that Sony hasn't even finished it's OS yet - and even after it's released, it will most likely be optimized through various updates within it's first 2 years. Sony woulnt be content with microsoft haveing even a 512mb lead in vram. My guess is, they'll get the OS 's memory requirements down to 2.5gb by launch. If you guys remember, Nintendo had to update it's OS through patches a year after it's release because of some crappy RAM management that had it loading slowly, taking forever to navigate the OS, and bootup.

Furthur more; it's only natural that sony wouldnt be able to keep it's original suggested 1GB dedicated to OS, since they've been trying to 'match' most microsoft's announced features since e3.

Also, The XBOX ONE is 'NOT' more powerful. Whoever is saying this, is confused or misguided. The PS4 has Higher Bandwith RAM (which will make a big difference later in it's life), and it's GPU core is considerably more powerful. PLUS, While the XBOX ONE has full Direct X 11.1 (or 11.2 as some are calling it) - Sony actually has a modified version of Direct X11.1 with access to about 70% of it's effects and features (a first for a sony platform). The PS4 also has access to FULL nextgen OpenGL support (unlike microsoft), w/ existing effects from the PS3s library.

I also have to question Microsofts 3.0GB dedicated to ram - it seems to me, that as they update their OS, LIVE, and features - they most likely will have to 'borrow' more ram, to support the ambitous multifeatured future microsoft has hinted to taking their product towards.
