Think about it, square has so many people willing to buy it already; they can do the most half-ass job on this remake and it will STILL make high numbers in sales. HOPEFULLY they will take their time on it, for if they really care about their fans, regardless if you are a ff7 or not, they will try their best to make this "remake" (not remastered), that saved the company's existence way back then, into an epic video game. If they can't do that, then it's time to except the fact that this company can no longer make final fantasy games we all dearly enjoy.

I think the fantasy part of the games are for us to think if the game will come out and if it will be good.

^^ Yeah. That totally solves other characters problems. The game is overall broken in my opinion. Nathan Drake, and Sackboy are so overpowered with annoyance, it's ridiculous. Sly too. My gosh, if anything needed nerfing, it's those characters in general.

I doubt SE will even let them use a FF character for some reason.

Seems like that will get old pretty quick. 

Lets make a big deal over something we have nothing involved in. You want to produce multiple games, and be in-charged of a huge company, then please, do so. We will see how well you are able to handle tasks, and make things happen without creating trash. :)

Actually the developers kind of give it away. After the nuclear explosion, when Alex regenerates from practically nothing, he's not the same. Developers hint at this so many times during the time they were explainning the story. No where did it hint in P1 that Alex was turning bad at the end. In fact, he seems extremely sympathetic for all the people he killed, as well as noting that New york is still infected and he has work to do to stop it.

Someone said that he was just the virus to begin with, that it just took the form of alex. Totally wrong. Alex just suffered memory loss, if that was the case, he wouldn't care about his sister and what not. Plus, to be honest that could just be said about Heller too then, because he has the virus, maybe the viruse thinks its just Heller? See, doesn't work that way.
