Borderlands 3 for me so far but obviously I haven't played many other games that came out this year except astral chains which I still haven't finished.

I think anything can be considered art depending on who you ask. Anyone can be impressed by something. What is considered fun, most of the time, is less subjective than what is considered art which seems to be why people are bringing it up. Basically reviewers are unsure if they can say it’s fun because it’s a somewhat new style of gameplay, but they can say it’s art because it’s technically true.
First game I spent many hours in and the co-op was appreciated. I would of got sekiro if it had co-op. Hopefully I can go through this one again with my friend.
I was about to say my internet isn't fast enough but since being reminded that you can download the games...I don't have any excuse now. I already have most of the big games so may just get it to play some niche titles.
I had the collectors addition pre-ordered but recently cancelled it when I heard it was having technical issues. I'll definitely get it eventually but I'd rather wait for when they get everything sorted out. That save issue is serious though. My condolences for those that lost their progress. I look forward to playing the game but I want it to be amazing and magical when I start it.
I enjoyed the first game for the most part. I appreciated that while it was trying to SB it was different enough gameplay wise to have some fun in and play against friends that also had much love for PlayStation mascots.
This rumored list actually looks doable and I don’t have anything problems with it. I’m more concerned about the dissidia style which I dunno how they intend to pull that off. Even Dissidia NT couldn’t do the dissidia style right, lol.
I’ve played quite a bit and I am enjoying the game a lot. Also playing on standard but oof it certainly has been rough, I go through most of my health items on every mission. Controls are the biggest hurdle, I don’t mainly play on switch so that probably has a lot to do with it (or I just suck). It feels like playing a suped up version of nier gameplay wise.
One of my noticeable gripes with the game is that it’s annoying trying to get your legion to attack your target. In the midst of battle I believe you need to call the legion back to yourself, then send the legion to the enemy you’re facing. It’s not enough to just tap ZL2 but actually having to face the targeted enemy is a pain while you’re fighting. The gameplay I think is some of the best I’ve played, granted I haven’t played DMC5.
Everything aside from gameplay is decent though. Nothing else really stands out but there’s side missions, photo taking, customization options, humor, story. Main draw is the combat and once I get a better handle on it I’ll sing more of its praises.
I’ll have to give it a try then.
