As a current student at The University of Alabama, I'm extremely excited for this game. So I was wondering, who does OT think will win or want to win?

[QUOTE="Yoshi25"][QUOTE="GTA_dude"] As for the stars, you got to remember the picture was took with a 40 year old camera, resolution wasn't that great on those things. Haven't you ever looked at 40 year old pictures? Even on earth they looked horrible. You cant expect them to be in HD quality.... Engrish_Major
No, no, no. The men on the moon did have HD cameras back then. They just weren't commercially available.

Of course they were. Large and Medium Format cameras were the norm until the Nikon F became popular with photojournalists during the Korean War, and were very widely used up until the last couple of years.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. By commercial I meant every Jack and Jane didn't have one.

[QUOTE="Ace6301"]I would say both are equal if you were to average it out but you do have to admit there are a greater number of men who make significant discoveries in science. RJay123

But maybe the system discriminates against women who have an interest in science, causing them to veer towards other professions?

You're onto something!

I don't think a lot of people here understand what laissez-faire capitalism means. That means there is no regulations of trusts and monopolies, so almost every industry will surely be monopolized. No safety guidelines means, a company can sell you a appliance, and when it bursts into flames, they aren't at fault. Or when you get E. Coli from your food the company that made the food is not at fault.

Wow, you must have a Ph.D. in Economics....

Yes, my team is in there. Unfortunately, we're probly playing the cardinals again. Hopefully, we can have a repeat performance.

My team is there too, but I'm surprised that you said unfortunately? I'm glad to be playing them again.

1. Probably not.

2. Yes. Sex is not important to me.

3. Maybe. I don't really have one.

4. No. Ten million is good enough.

5. Probably. The last fifteen years of my life probably won't be worth living.

6. Hell no. Life would not be worth living without these things.

7. Probably not. It depends on how good and cheep prosthetics are.

8. No. It's not worth the risk.

9. Maybe.

10. No. Ten million isn't worth that.

alexh_99

I think he meant only fifteen more years of life, not fifteen years docked off of your life.

Would you take 10 million dollars in exchange for living for an extra 15 years doesn't make any sense.

You misunderstood me. I never said 10 million for an _extra_ 15 years, I said _only_ fifteen more years. In other words, if you are 30 years old and you take the 10 million, you only get to live until you are 45. I'm pretty sure that is what he meant.

NO, because it's too expensive to setup (gpu, glasses, 3D enabled monitor). Also I hate 3D movies with the silly glasses, so the whole glasses thing puts me off.

I thought the same thing until I saw Avatar in 3D. The 3D experience has really changed.
