The road is a reallly hard watch, very bleak stuff, basically the worst of what mankind could become. I couldnt watch it again if I tried, I prefer The Book of ELi[QUOTE="SaudiFury"]

but i would really like to sit down one day and watch The Road.
when i was watching the Book of Eli, i actually felt like i was watching a Fallout side-quest being played out. The big twist at the end really surprised me as well, in an enjoyable kind of way.

Dont really thing children of men counts as Post apocalyptic, society is still functioning etc
You can watch "The Book Of Eli", but not "The Road", why is that? I'm guessing because "The Road" deals with more realistic matter, such as violence, situations, characters, etc. Plus, it's not as brief as "The Book Of Eli". In all honesty, "The Road" beats "The Book Of Eli" as an overall movie by a land-slide, no need to even compare the two.
