It's amazing to me how well informed this dude always is. The industry would be in a much better state of affairs if all execs had this level of commitment and concern for the work they do rather than for the amount of their paychecks.
To The Moon on Steam with the option for purchasing the soundtrack and I am completely sold, even at $20 like I dropped for Bastion. I need more of this; it is a bad time of year for me right now frankly, I haven't even played half the games I've bought. =\
Many companies do make digital games cheaper, and digital retail services more frequently have discounts and sales from my experience. I think the argument for Digi sales would be that your license to the game is basically indestructible; whereas physical games can be lost and destroyed.
MS has some pretty bad practices, like any company but I wouldn't openly bash MS so much considering how well they pioneered online console gaming with XBL; that's about all I'll give them though.
@magicalclick -- I think you need to change web browsers. While I was trying to view the membership subscription info it kept looping me to the homepage and prompting me to sign in. When I switched to Internet Explorer (from Chrome) my problems were solved.
Well, seeing Disgaea 4 get nearly the same score as Dead Island makes me a little sick, but considering that I have played neither thus far I cannot say more.
