actually, the nunchuck DOES have a weaker sensor in it. it's not how you handle it or your batteries. it was stated that the nunchuck isn't as sensitive around the time of the metroid release. ever play the game and notice that you use the remote in your right hand to move the left hand of samus? this is because the nunchuck's remote isn't sensitive enough to gather pinpoint information such as exact angles and such, which was required to make the realistic movement mimicryofthosepartswhereyoucontrolsamus'shand.

it's not like they're sitting at their desks over in japan thinking "hey, let's NOT sell as many Wiis as we can. instead, let's only put out half that many so that no one can buy our product and we don't make as much money." they'll meet demand whenever people stop wanting them. the only way you can have a date to that is if you go around door-to-door to every person on the planet and ask if they want a wii or not. then find out the exact production rate for Wiis, and figure out how long it'll take to satisfy all those people.

what's to complain about? they release a good VC game at least once a month, and every week we get random games that sometimes are good sometimes aren't. either way, though, you're getting 3 games for the wiionce a week. that's pretty damn good. and besides, they can't give all the good ones we want, they've got 5 years to make the library of games worth re-releasing last. if they gave us all the good ones now, they'd stop making money from the VC and everyone would forget about the feature. the rate it's going is working out pretty well, IMO.

untrue. I've seen people mention that the layout of the controls of some games on the VC makes it awkward as hell to accurately use the GC controller. the classic works well since it's designed off of the SNES controller, but still similar to the GC controller enough to make it comfortable. it's an unneccessary $20, so if you're worried about the money it's probably not worth it, but if you've got expendable income then go ahead and snag it.

personally, I don't really think the Wii is BETTER at playing games than the alternatives, I just think it's different. personally, I prefer a system with the option for motion controls, but that's just me. some people would disagree and say they prefer normal controls or better graphics/AI...whatever floats their boat, the experience is just as good for them. granted, I chose the Wii because Nintendo is known for quality games, but I've also considered a PS3 or a 360 because of the drought on the Wii. luckily for me the VC comes with enough games to justify the wii, but I can definitely see some people prefering the other systems.......though, everyone who bought the $700 PS3 on launch day and justified it by saying "IT'S A REAL CHEAP BLU-RAY PLAYER!!!" is a complete retard but those who buy it now that the price is down a bit I see no problem with. it's just a matter of having your priorities straight. if you're playing a game, play it cause it's fun, not cause it's made by a specific company or on a specific system. if you're buying a system, buy it because you know and trust its makers, not because it plays movies and music and other media you already have 50 things to play.

so what games are good? mgs4swifty
ever heard of a little thing called the SNES? yeah, all those games

I think we need more RPGs, Adentures, Puzzles, etc. FPS are too damn over-produced these days. specifically for the wii, though, it just needs more games, and less crap games. 80% of the wii games so far are either crap, kid games, or minigame compilations.....I want more actual games.

I would buy seven copies of that, no matter how great or terrible it turned out to be. The concept is just too awesome.SmashBrosLegend
that game would be the equivalent to the original Godzilla. a horrible serious attempt at entertainment, but pure gold to sit and laugh at. I don't think any self-respecting geek could NOT buy Star Wars: Sonic & Mario. :P
