Look comparable across the board with issues mainly lighting. I would guess that bad ports or hasty companies would render one game differently across systems more so than just the base coding. What I like about my consoles is that the game play isn't normally hampered by issues of working with a certain PC rig with a configuration of latest components that may or may not render well or at all with older or mixed configurations. I guess I expect games to look comparable and work out the box with consoles (or it's going right back to the purchase point), while I dread and expect issues with PC games - update this driver, turned down these settings, apply this patch, turn off these pc programs, and if you buy the best card and/or a new card, don't worry about the costs, you really really want to play this game don't you mentally of some dev houses. In the long run, certain games are playable better by PC than console. If it needs a mouse and keyboard, it's not a console game and somebody's gonna dumb down the controls and maybe game play, let alone what they want graphically. IMO
