the game is not like HALO , is an MMOFPS so you will have to pay to play just like Final Fantasy. you will have to upgrade levels or else you wont have strength for armor and carry big weapons , in HALO 3 you just play with your current Live account.
You do , the Rep tells you how many people like you , but 90% of the time is abused. people send you bad rep and bad feedback because you beat them online.
