$1500 in 2006, and I beat the game on High settings at quite smooth frame rates. :)

*Shrugs* Actually, there are several great configuration files made by fans which run the game even smoother than that and preserve a High level of eye candy with some very high tweaks added in. Just search around on some fan sites.

It's something you have to see to believe. Frankly, I'm amazed the game doesn't run slower. Its just that people's expectations have been set too low after the recent flurry of linear, console ports.

I mean the mayority of people don't even know their games. I mean, you have to accept that even you that are more game savvy than the average gamer didn't knew a lot of the games that they came out for the Mega Drive or Mega CD. People know Sonic, Streets of Rage, their popular stuff.

I'm sure people love to ramble about their "good old days" to express how they suck now. But SEGA for the most part of their timeline have been regarded as bad because their games just don't have mass appeal. They appeal to an audience that still exists, but won't be found in boards like this.

They said the SMS sucked, the SNES better than the MD sucked with the Mega CD, they sucked with the Saturn and they sucked with the Dreamcast.

Not that us fans ever cared, but I fail to see the praise.

Yep it's really sad when a black and white handheld is outselling a portale that could almost counter GBA.

since you didn't answer my question i can only assume that owned you. now your excuse is that less AAA's come out. how is that nintendo's fault? are the top developers of AAA games making games like wiifit? that answer would be NO. the guys that are making the hardcore games aren't going to be making shovelware.

as for less AAA's coming out. ever thought it might be because development is longer and more expensive now. thus less games by the best dev teams.
