@Richardthe3rd: Obama did the same thing, he met with "leaders" in the video game industry a few years ago and nothing really came out of it. I'm expecting the same result this time too. I'm not a Trump supporter by any means but to not meet with the leader of a country just because you don't like him or what he believes is just counter-productive and maybe destructive. Why do you think that million women march they did a couple months ago lead to absolutely nothing? Because yelling about him and avoiding an actual conversation gets you that.... nothing. If you want to make Trump actually do good stuff, you have to talk to him, give him your view point. Even if he doesn't listen at least you're attempting a more effective form of communication than just screaming in the streets hoping for change. So if Trump does dumb shit that's because there is no one around him telling him it is dumb shit, why would you let your president make bad choices just because of your poor opinion of him? This whole campaign of hate towards Trump is irrational and detrimental to any progress that not only we as Americans can make, but any country who actually meets with him.

Isn't it racist to assume that having more women of color in the gaming industry means that women of color who play games or work in the game industry are "represented"? As if all women of color think the same, hold the same beliefs, and have the same life experiences. But beyond that I think this whole thing is just patronizing women and treating them like idiots. Young girls who are interested in making games get inspired the same way that young boys do, by playing videogames. Stop trying to make everything about equality of outcome, if women want to make games there is nothing in their way that isn't in the way of every man who wants to make games. The idea that the developers need to have the exact same percentage of genders and races across the board is not realistic, they are trying to artificially create equality and it is truly disgusting.

@rawkstar007: I have to agree with spectrexr1 on the idea that Thor 3 was terrible, Thor acted like a teenager the whole film along with Hulk, he couldn't even talk to the girl in the movie without dropping something or knocking something over, there was no emotional attachment even when his hammer broke, father died, and the villain of the movie was killing all the people he is supposed to be protecting as king. The jokes were too much and low hanging fruit. Justice League was okay in my opinion, though flash was unbearable at times but better than Thor 3.

@chiefwiggum16: They already do that, during that whole statue debacle they were going after Washington trying to change the names of parks with his name. Predictably they were unsuccessful, but never underestimate these people's ignorance and hate, it knows no bounds.

After playing the beta I was disappointed they changed the striking system, to throw a simple uppercut required like four buttons to be pressed at the same time and everybody was wobbling around because anything that was thrown put you in a "rocked" state. At least they took out the terrible parry mechanic but I don't trust they fixed the ground or the clinch system at all because they seemed okay with it. Plan to buy it for cheap a month after release like I did for UFC 2, price was cut in half after just a month, expecting the same here.

I just wonder if Gamespot is posting this because they feel bad for the game or because they are getting paid to promote this sale. It just seems strange that every time this game goes on sale they write an article about it. Just make it free already, there is no point in delaying the inevitable. Whether it is $30 or $15, nobody is buying it.

@chiefwiggum16: Never understood why people hate Uplay so much. I've had it for years and never had a problem with it. It is not intrusive in anyway and pretty simple to use. I've had more problems with Steam than I ever did with Uplay.

People say they can't backpedal and go Free-to-play because they would have to refund (lol what?) but I think they can pretty easily, make the game free but give the people who paid for it micro-transactions that are equivalent to the full price, or exclusive content. Give 30 bucks worth of loot boxes or in-game currency to the people who paid, simple. It's like buying the premium or founder packs for Free-to-play games. The best thing they can do now is bring it to Xbox (to increase player base) then make it free with an option to pay $30 (or less) to make your account premium for exclusive stuff. The game is dying and there is no chance for recovery unless they make those choices, they are never going to get a big player base with it being a paid game, especially so long after release.

@lonesamurai1: *Looks at all the free games that I got for free on Xbox every month and get to keep and own with no strings attached*

Yeah...sure.
