The DLC is rediculious, without a doubt. But I'm not paying forced into buying it. Except for some visual features and two stages the largest missing feature in the game is the online mode. The game loads and plays just fine, bug free and running smooth, on my end. I'm not trying to make any hostilities but I feel that our judgments on games have almost become political in nature rather than viewing the content with subjective and objective reasoning. We know that the jeering attitude of Ubisoft has created a negative halo around their games—for me its more about uplay.

Although for something such as DoA5LR, on PC where the fighting genre has had been weak and is now getting more releases, are we comparing them fairly?

The fighting genre on PC has had such a small amount of big titles, mainly Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. I would think that any larger titles onto the PC would be welcome. Its not the best fighter, but it is still fun and enjoyable. I was just regarding the needless animosity it seems to be getting that is little related to the game itself.

I've written a review trying to give a positive view of DoA5LR on steam. If anyone finds this post with questions for the PC version specifically I'll be happy to assist. The review is located here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/wolfwatch/recommended/311730/

The PC version might not be the best version, but it's definitely a worthy one. Unfortunately a wave of negativity has hit the steam reviews. Almost all of the top reviews have less than an hour in game and paint an indirect picture of the game. I think that it does more to mislead readers than inform them, but that's my opinion.

This is my first DoA and I've been loving it. I'll be glad to answer any questions about it here.

If anyone else has insightful thoughts on the release please share as well.

Well because of budget I'll wait for reviews to roll out. But for me De Blob and Wario Land are on my mind.

Somebody I know said not everyone has common sense. I didn't believe him.. then.

But I research products so much before I buy them I end up not buying them. With that said research is never a bad thing, in fact the Wii has tons of fun things to do. It wont hurt anybody but you if you take it back.

The No More Heroes first trailer had very aweful voice acting and dialog. But the game turned out to be good, with the voice acting and dialog changed.

He apologized:

"I have huge respect for those who, like me, share a common passion for Nintendo and want to make it clear that I would never use and I didn't use this terminology in such a context or way to cause offense," he said.

"I regret that this misunderstanding has created such offense and disappointment within the community."

If hard drives were likely to fail as often as you appear to make them sound then probably many of us wouldn't be responding. I am sure many of us here have never had a hard drive problem. I've had two in the last thirteen years. While on the other hand I have lost data, broken, and completely lost SD and flash cards/drives several times over the last few years. Whether it is my fault or not I would prefer to have a bulky (more likely slim) HD than greater SD support.

Whether or not a HD would be a good thing or bad for the Wii is one matter. You are simply bashing the HD completely. The HD isn't useless, if you think so then you should toss out the ones in your computer and hook it up to flash memory. A good comparison might have been better pointing out the pros and cons -.

[QUOTE="biffosos"]I want a pokemon RPG. If i could have a choice i would choose a remake of Gold/Silver in full 3D. King-gamer

Indeed, I want a remake of G/S/C. As a 3D game it would rock, plus, G/S/C had a total game time of nearly 40+ hrs and more if you play the game really slowly. Yeah one thing is G/R/C was perhaps the best Pokemon game I've ever played. The newer Pokemon didn't really appeal to me, but they were still fun anyway. Or they could make an MMO Pokemon game.

G/S/C were my favorites. I hope they make the VC have Gameboy games sometime and have them available for download. I remake on the Wii would be nice as well.
