i say again and yup94 doesnt know that that 20,000$ 24carat gold case you got for your PC will do NOTHING for you, and he doesnt know that graphics cards that are twice as powerful as their console counterparts cost 100$ and that its not about how much % a game uses of the PS3's power, its about how the game looks now. apparently, PS3 users can put up with crap games on ps3 because they use 40% of the ps3's power, somehow that comforts them. well, man, thats great, but your game still looks like monkey poop. (and yes i got headaches from gta4 ps3 on my hdtv at 1080p)

Darthnaevus: the only difference is it doesn't cost much more, it just a bunch of people who think that. and it doesn't matter anyway, because the people who think its more expensive are the people who don't play on PC or do not know anything about hardware so they'll keep whining until the end of time, while we enjoy the top quality and gameplay a game has to offer on PC at low costs. im sure theres many people in this discussion alone that have listed how cheap hardware pieces are to build a PC that easily beats any console this gen. and yes you can connect an xbox360 or dualshock3 controller to pc if you hate mouse and keyboard (sorry ive heard that argument waaay too many times). but its normal that the same people who say PCs are too expensive are the same people who say you cant use a controller on PC, why would we expect them to know what a USB port is.
while i agree that some of the screenshots from the consoles look a bit too dark (i have a ps3) its a fact that console games use contrast and low brightness to hide some lack of detail, like the upcoming Killzone 2
