I played this game once and finished it like 49 years ago. Great game, but I never felt compelled to play it again. What the hell is the obsession with this game??
They didn't finish the quote. "We make it more convenient for Gamestop to force people into purchases they may not really want out of sheer desperation to get a Switch. We are going to ride the low-stock/high-demand of Switch's till the bitter end".
Love the game. Hate these trials and DLC 1 in general. I will most likely never have an upgraded Master Sword. Oh well, they got my $20. Lesson learned.
For switch, we still have all the previous Zelda games (Even Gameboy) available with the Switch sub, and the Metroid game that Retro has been secretly grinding away on.
This review vindicates why I was suspicious of this game all along. I wasn't sure if I was fooling myself into thinking it looked cool because the Switch has jack-sht available right now, or if it was actually compelling. But as they say: If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Wow - D3 is still knocking around out there? Who knew? I figured we'd be talking D4 by now. Guess they want another game/engine they can bury and reanimate for 15 years.
