@ymi_basic: I spent another couple hours with it tonight and I agree that it's fun to play. I admit I'm a guitar novice, but RS2014 is doing a much better job of keeping me motivated compared to the original.

@ymi_basic: DLC songs you purchased in the original are automatically available in the 2014 version for free. For the rest of the songs in the original, you pay a one-time fee of 9.99 USD.

Bought it last night and played a little bit of it. Menu is a huge improvement. They traded "career"mode for challenges. There are also optional lessons and exercises for basic skills. That was a big help.

Guitarcade got a major overhaul. Not only are there more of them compared to the previous Rocksmith, they look like higher quality, better designed arcade games.

So far, so good.

How the 34 is better than the 19? I know their cal. is different but still?

The 34 and 19 are both 9mm(at least the ones I used). The 34's barrel is a little longer and carries a couple more rounds. Handling-wise, there wasn't a noticeable difference other than what I already mentioned. But that's only my own observation after putting maybe 100 rounds through each. Mileage will vary of course.

Living in The Bronx, it's not an uncommon occurance.

I just make sure the people around me are OK and are in cover, and not doing something stupid like running out into the middle of everything to take video with their phone.  I've seen that happen. Stupid.

Once I think people around me are fine, I call 911.

[QUOTE="ferrari2001"]And why does the government need earn money an emergency meeting. Can't the police just arrest the guy and be done with it. What are they going to do, legislate Machete's? remas100

Authorities have a different approach for crimes that are considered hate crimes. For example, a woman in london was jailed for 41 weeks for saying racist things on a bus.

Had he used a GUN, I'm guessing a dozen people would have been injured and/or killed. Thank goodness for gun laws over there. Yes, I'm using this as an example of why gun laws/restrictions are a good thing - to prevent psychos from doing more damage.

According to the report, one of the men did have a gun. But they chose to use their bladed weapons instead. It also took 20 minutes for an armed unit to respond because the regular constabulary, who arrived on-scene earlier, are not allowed to carry firearrms.

Then... who stopped the bad guys? Answer: Good men with guns.

If anything, I see it as yet another failing of gun laws and restrictions.

Wait.  Although he vowed to close Gitmo, did he promise to free the detainees?  I thought the plan was to close Gitmo, but move the detainees to a facility in Illinois.

If so, what's the difference really, other than geography?

Good point. The presence of gitmo isn't the only issue. Detaining the ones who are known to be innocent while refusing due process to the rest is the issue.

Due process? Are they US citizens?
