Seems Best Buy is giving out $10 gift cards for most pre-orders, at least on popular games. I got the same deal for Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe physical copy. I don't usually pre-order, but the $10 helps with the $70-$80 price of games if it's a game you know you'll buy. Unfortunately you can't use it for the game you're purchasing. So either the next game, or something else.

With Japan I've always believed it to be more about culture, all the way back to the OG Xbox, and supporting their own. Even when MS had Japanese devs making Japanese only games, they wouldn't buy them.

I said in the 360 era, when MS was trying so hard, to just forget Japan. For one, they moved away from traditional consoles towards mobile, it was a HUGE waste of money trying to win them over, and there was nothing MS could do to change it. Walk away and save yourself millions.

@naomha1: I think it's more of a counter argument for the US's FTC investigation. Showing that Sony's whining is all show and by MS buying ActiBliz, it couldn't possibly hurt Sony to the extent they claim.

@Slannmage: You can have an 8-bit machine that outsells the PS. Doesn't make it high end. For high end consoles, there are only 2.

@liquiddaylight: You like NIN's, I'm sure you've heard their best records ... Pretty Hate Machine and Downward Spiral. But there's also a decent 2-set of EP's called Broken and the 2nd is Fixed. Broken being the much better imo with the song Wish. Not his typical music, but a good, often overlooked album for a NIN's fan.

Saw NIN in concert twice, opened by Marilyn Manson before Manson was even known.

My personal preference... I really liked the show, Ash VS The Evil Dead. It looked modern without the old school janky horror effects, and pulled off the same vibe for me. I wish the shows were longer than 30 mins. and Campbell pulled out of the show at a climax, which made it that much worse.

Could've been pushback from snowflakes calling the show racist, as usual, but that's just speculation. People have forgotten how to laugh.

Personally, I thought the LoU show was worse than Halo. It jumped all over, with no continuity, very few episodes where 2 shows were wasted completely on love stories. I don't care that Frank was gay, but to waste an entire episode on it was a waste. Another waste was the dlc part in the mall. I didn't even like playing it in the game.

I haven't watched the last episode yet because because it doesn't show the struggle of going cross-country, yet they somehow end up there. Basically they took the most boring cutscenes and made them into a piecemeal show. Very disappointed.

How dare you put Howard the Duck movie on here! That was pop culture that everyone saw. Yes, it was old, but back then the cheese factor played into it.

I liked Altered Beast. It was one of the Genesis's earlier games. Mortal Kormbat 2 was great. It was the last one I really played because the moves weren't overly complex.

NBA Jam was awesome as well, though I think Nintendo had the better version.

I wonder if the reviewer has ever played the original. Some comments he makes just don't apply, at least imo.
