"hey vegetajr, what gamespot did say was that sony should make it mandatory for the game producers to include online play for all games. stop misquoting." I'm not misqouting, it's just an opinion about a videogame. They laid the blame for the lack of VF5 online on Sony, which isn't reasonable. As I said, AM2 has no intentions of giving the X360 version online functions either, outside the very basic live aware of course. If Sony or MS mandated to AM2 that they implement online play, we simply would not have a console version of VF5... at all. They take that much pride in their work and insistence on smooth timing sensitive deep gameplay that simply isn't doable at all on todays connections.

Tekken and VF5 not having online is the decision of the developers, it has nothing to do with a failing on the part of Sony or the PSN. AM2 was very specific about why they didn't include online in VF5, and I'm suprised Gamespot would lay that at the feet of Sony. The Xbox 360 version of VF5 will not have online either, for the same reasons.

"You have Call of Duty 3, and not in the Xbox 360 way of just pushing buttons. You will actually be planting the bombs...you will actually be doing more than just running around with a gun...it will be true first-person gameplay" Jakob, you haven't played COD3 on the Wii. For all you know it could be excecuted horribly. Not to mention games like Red Steel, from hands on reports, are showing that Wii may not be the ideal FPS system it semed it could be. Optimism is fine, but your letting your fanboyism get the better of you jumping the gun like that.
