The reinvention is a very common attempt by a company going under. Usually it doesn't work and the company goes under anyway, as I'm pretty sure is the case here.
@jeremyalexander: Why? I just explained that the system here seems to be working as intended.
In fact looking at your above comments, you seem to be the one who should be making your own website since you seemed to disagree much more strongly with the original review. So.. take your own advice.
Once opun a time Gamestop put out an article about how a game that gets a score like a 6 should still be worthy of playing. I don't know that this game deserved this low a score, but I certainly feel it is worthy of playing.
@SoNin360: Medical bills for pets are comparatively cheap, it's often the same medicine, same equipment, for a small fraction of the price. The doctors even have to go through similar levels of schooling. When you compare an MRI for a pet vs one for a human and consider that they don't use like, magically cheaper MRI machines for pets it really puts it into prospective.
@Gelugon_baat: Taking personal responsibility is always important, but anger is a big part of how our market works too. Your initial post from my view appears to be a sit down and shut up post. The problem is without the anger and the shouting from these backers, many of us may never even know what the company did. Who is to say after tiny metal they don't do a third kick starter to get more money and from an outside observer the company doesn't look sterling (cause in your world the backers would of never complained having just taken personal responsibility).
I think loud angry complaining to bad customer service or outright theft is an essential part of a market based economy.
