I have met a lot of self-hating black people. Mostly women, but a few guys too. What you're experiencing is actually quite common. Sociologists would tell you it's the white man that's making you feel bad about yourself. But, it's a chicken and egg argument. Did black stigma cause them to act like they do, or does the way they act cause black stigma?

The real feelings I have on this, is you really don't deserve either. And I'm not saying that to be a jerk.

Scenario 1: You stay with your fiance. Alright, all is well. Until you end up slipping, or your internal angst boils over, or the other sister confronts your current woman. Either way, you lose both.

Scenario 2: You go for the second sister. Now all of a sudden you are the bad guy, and have split up a family. More than likely she will end up leaving you at some point. Plus, since you have already shown you are willing to switch women and have no respect for commitment, there will never be a foundation of trust in this new relatoinship.

Thus, I think you should just leave both.

I didn't say you can't maximize your odds, you can, but the impact is relative.

Hey, I'm not advocating for people to be lazy bums. I personally try to live a healty life. I just think it's not worth it to worry too much about not eating this, not drinking that, because there's too much stuff you can't control. I think people should live a relatively balanced life, but not stress too much about what they eat or drink, there's just too many genetic or environmental factors that you can't control.

You should research the effect of some lifestyle choices on the body. I can't say that things are out of your control, because as I said, 99% of people, well, more like 99.997% of people have lived their lives in this country in a world of gluttony, self degradation, and sedativity. Until there's a larger pool to sample from, I'm going to have to say I believe that even auto-immune diseases are better controlled through lifestyle than medication, or can be prevented altogether.

It's unrealistic to ask everyone to live a healthy life, and I understand that. Up until 2 years ago I never worked out in my life. It's just the way it is. But we can't sit there and say it's genetics when we there's plenty of evidence to say otherwise. It's definitely a first world problem, and needs to be researched a lot more before people start to buy into it.
