Hello , I am writing this in Robar Funtui on November 18th 2534. I made a time machine back in '07(your present I guess). I have reprogramed my machine to allow my communications to work across the portal. Gaming is diffrent here , so diffrent that it is mind blowing. There is no point of telling any of that because you will all be dead anyway by the year I am in.

I am here to tell you about this gen and what happens with it. I made about two pots prior to this one. they were in response to posts made in febuary of this year(I went back in time on thoes two occasions).

the ds is the fastest selling game system of all time. it will sell 25-32 millon units this year alone . its so popular that devs from consoles start making hand held games . at first ds was the gimick that would be crushed by psp . now its the most powerful platfrom out there .deadmeat59

Um thats incorrect. The DS is NOT that fastest selling game system of all time..i think it's time for you to pick up 'the history of video gaming from pong to pokemon and beyond' and start actually reading.

Gamespot is becoming...too biased towards a system, forgetting where we came from. it's annoying to read ds is the fastest, when it clearly wasn't.

SNES in japan topped the sales when it first was released, NES same thing.

You should've said one of the fastest for handheld base.

And the majority of users of DS are casual gamers as well.

I like the DS, i think it's doing great. But so is the psp..and the psp slim is friggen amazing! Running faster and being as light as a ds lite. XD

Has some details.

However, it's apparently part of a compliation series of a total of 6 games, topping the FFVII compliation. (wow..do they really need 6 games?) And it hasn't been confirmed what console the latest three with be for. We already know Agito is mobile, and FFXIII the main game everyone thought would go to the 360, is a ps3 exclusive...but we are unsure if Versis will stay ps3, and if the other three will be exclusive to the system.

Honestly? just my opinion...

I think one of the three will head to DS, one to psp and the other to the Wii. I think versis will be the only FFXIII compliationgame to hit the 360 if it goes multi.

Apparently the scenes are in game graphics...and S-E never seem to have a problem with making good gameplay/rpg fun time so I have high hopes that this game will turn out great.

I don't know if I'll get any of the others...unless one falls to psp or pc, i won't be getting it. I will however, get FFXIII when it comes out for ps3. However, Nomura has said for a 2008 release date...hmmm, They kept post poning FFVII advent children too...with everything they have piled up, I honestly think december of 08 or middle of 09.

However, the same team that's did FFX..is doing FFXIII. I duno how well that'll turn out, but if it's nothing like X-2, i'll be very happy.

(Versus the team from KH is working on that..so i can see the battle system being killer and much similar to KH)

FFXIII's battle system is apparently similar to 12 where it's real time and no wait time...but it does say atb which was ff7-ff9 likeness of battling, so we'll see about that too.

Her code name is Lightning..but i had my sensei Sato, decode some japanese kanji above her head in a screen once and he said it was 'Mubi' so maybe Lightning is a code name, and mubi's her real name. Who knows? I'm sure we'll see the name/word 'Mubi' pop in the game somewhere..since thats what the kanji read.

What are your opinions on FFXIII?
(i did post this is the ps3 section...so i'm hoping the 360 fanboys don't attack me, like they always seem to do in ps3 forums)

Don't get me wrong, i love the games on 360. Just i was happy to hear it was a ps3 exclusive, because i will own one sooner then i will a 360.

Exactly, since S-E loves the money..wouldn't you think it's logical for them to keep printing them if there is a high demand for them? Honestly, i'm tired of ppl saying this is 'BS' (not u directly gaa) and it's not true just because they can't find it online...well the EB Games in ottawa don't have online sites, or are connected to the online sites. (i know i have to call and order stuff..not internet.) Jeepers. go check out amazon.com..u can still get brand new copies of the game for 20$. How do you think they get their's if they are so 'RARE' as u ppl say.

If you live in the ottawa area, check the EB Games there. I know they still have some..especially the one in Carlingwood mall, AND they can order them for you.

give me a break. that's the states website you're most likely looking at, and it was at the EB Games in Ottawa at the Carlingwood mall...they still HAVE ps1 games. Most of the EB Games i have found in the ottawa area, have ps1 games.
